General Responsibilities
- Supervises departmental administrative operations.
- Responsible for training, auditing, productivity standards, operational performance, recruitment, payroll, and other matters associated with the productivity and operations of the department.
- Handles confidential information.
- May have grant and budgetary responsibilities.
- May supervise the work of subordinate personnel.
- Supports the Department Chair and Faculty with administrative support.
- Acts as a liaison to department leadership and/or as human resources administrator for the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Experience in Supporting Large Department Operations
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience in Managing Multiple Priorities
- Strong Organizational and Recordkeeping Skills
- Experience with HR Processes
Annual Salary Range $45,395 - $65,000
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration or a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
