Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Preferences
- The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of human subject research experience, preferably clinical trials experience, and is comfortable interacting with patients and their families.
- Familiar with both survey and interview methods and basic data analysis, and tools such as REDCap and Qualtrics.
- Organized, show attention to detail, quick to learn, and have exceptional follow-through abilities for research and administrative tasks.
- Familiar with and can successfully navigate UAB research-related systems, such as IRAP and OnCORE.
- Willing to commit at least 2-3 years to this position.
