High School diploma or GED and one (1) year of related experience required.
Preferred:
- Hard Skills: Ability to input data and utilize an electronic medical record and scheduling system and/or ability to learn; Ability to provide professional communication via phone; Ability to type well and utilize a computer for basic functions; Experience with patient referrals preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work well in a fast-paced clinic; extraordinary customer service skills; dependability and a can-do attitude; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
